Analytical Constituents: Protein 16.6%, Crude oils & Fats 16%; Crude Ash 2.4%; Crude Fibres 0.2%; Moisture 64.8%
 
Preperation
Cut through packaging whilst still frozen and peel off before defrosting. Store in a sealed container. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and best to use within 3 days.Can be defrosted enough to re-portion and refreeze, if required.
Normal Hygiene rules apply for preparing and handling fresh/raw ingredients. Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling.
